Mujy us ny keha aao naee dunya besaaty hain
usy soojhi sheraarat thi ye dil kuch aur samjha tha

hemaisha us ki aankhon main dhenak sy rang rehty thy
ye us ki aam halat thi ye dil kuch aur samjha tha

vo mairy paas baithi dair tak ghezlain mairi sunti
usy khud sy muhaabat thi ye dil kuch aur samjha tha

mairy kaandhy py ser rekh ker keheen kho gie thi vo

mujy vo daikh ker aksar nigaahain phair laiti thi
